Fairhaven Ministries is a faith based Christian organization working with addicts committed to recovery. The home located at 7760 SW 158th Place, Beaverton will be a safe home for women who have children. On May 15th, 1:00 pm, the home will be dedicated to the legacy of Scott Mitchell, Cedar Mill Bible Church's former Men's Pastor who died in an accident involving his son Jonathon. Dave and Diane Froode are partnering with Fairhaven to create this recovery home. They still need dressers, queen, twin or bunk beds, and refrigerators, if you have extras. Many have expressed the desire for a women's recovery house and we're glad that New Life Church members can have a part in opening this one.
