Prayer Focus for the week of Jan. 23rd

New Life Church has a prayer focus each week. Our prayer focus is broken down into three categories of ministry: 1. We pray for another local church that is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. 2. We pray for a Global Outreach Partner who is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. 3. We pray for a ministry of New Life Church that is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ locally.

Area Church: Lake Bible Church – Lake Oswego, OR, Pastor Jim Andrews

Global Outreach Partner: Conservative Baptist Northwest

• Pray for endurance, encouragement, and unity within our churches.
• Pray that CB churches will replicate.
• Pray that the gospel will be central in everything that CBNW does.

NLC Ministry: Life Groups

• Pray that Life Groups would be “active in mission” based on the gospel and relationships.
• Pray for Life Groups which are starting or restarting during January after breaks for holidays and weather. Pray for consistency in their gathering together.
• Pray for new people to join the relationships found in Life Groups. Pray for good connections and responses. Pray that guests will feel welcome, included, and comfortable to share in gospel community.
• Pray for several Life Groups which are beginning new studies together. Pray that the materials will help bring spiritual life transformation and growth.
