Prayer Focus for the week of July 24th

New Life Church has a prayer focus each week. Our prayer focus is broken down into three categories of ministry: 1. We pray for another local church that is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. 2. We pray for a Global Outreach Partner who is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. 3. We pray for a ministry of New Life Church that is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ locally.

Area Church: First Baptist Church – Canby, OR, Pastor Lee Wiegand

• Pray for Pastor Lee as he is in Peru on a two week mission trip.
• Pray for the church to be strong in unity and God's purposes during his absence.

Global Partner: Rich and Cheri Strahm – Equippers Network International

• Pray for the Strahms as they are in the middle of six weeks of travel to visit churches and supporters.
• Pray for many to partner with them in support of the proclamation of the gospel.
• Pray for them as they will leave for Kiev on August 18th for the start of a new seminary year. 

NLC Ministry: Transition Ministry

• Pray that those who are in the transition houses will take part in Celebrate Recovery.
• Pray for them to experience the transformational power of the gospel.
• Pray for the Bible studies that are currently meeting to reveal clearly who Jesus is.
• Pray for a new women's Bible study to begin at the Buse Street house.
