I've run across this little essay twice in the last week. It speaks to the disappointments in life, particularly that of having a special needs child. I trust it will be an encouragement to you like it was to me.

This was just beautiful. I forwarded this to my sister-in-law (Tom's sister) and her husband. In April they welcomed their 8th child into their family. Levi is their little trip to Holland as he was born deaf in one ear, little hearing in the other, and Down's Syndrome. He is a blessing to our whole family. "Italy" would have been their choice but "Holland" is where they fell in love with Levi!! Thank you for sharing this.
