Why Change?

Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.
King Whitney Jr., President, Personnel Laboratory Inc. quoted by Wall Street Journal, June 1967

Yesterday we experienced some change at both our locations, the most dramatic being at our Robinwood site where we jumped our starting time ahead by one and a half hours. "Why would we do such a thing?", You ask. Let me show you in pictures and words -
Two new adult classes:

Life Connection & New to New Life

Kid's Classes with New teachers! And our youth group had time to walk to Starbucks!

We also enjoyed coffee and muffins before moving into our Sunday Morning Life time. Change can be difficult, but connecting with each other and with God is always a good change!

To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song. May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah. That your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations. Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you!
(Psalms 67:1-3 ESV)
