New Life Church has a prayer focus each week. Our prayer focus is broken down into three categories of ministry: 1. We pray for another local church that is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. 2. We pray for a Global Outreach Partner who is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. 3. We pray for a ministry of New Life Church that is proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ locally.

Global Outreach Partner: Calvin & Ruth Kim – World Venture, Beirut, Lebanon
- Pray for the political situation in Lebanon. They have no government. Last night, there were some protests in the streets. Pray for peace and a quick resolution of political situation.
- Please pray for the Sudanese students. The situation in Sudan (the recent referendum to separate the South Sudan as a separate country) has many implications politically, economically, and religiously. This affects the families of our Sudanese students. One of the students had to go back to Sudan to move his family to the South before the referendum. Pray for peace and comfort for the students and their families.
- Please pray for Calvin's lecture in February. He will be teaching a month-long course on NT Background.
- Please pray for Ruth. She is now two month away from delivering their third child. She is very tired and feels uncomfortable.
- Please pray for the health of their two boys (Yehdo and Yehbahn). They've been coughing and sometimes had a fever.
